Gerber 99-647 Flapper

Gerber 99-647 Flapper. This flapper also replaces Gerber 99-779. It is a clear rubber flapper with a metal chain and hook. It also has a green baffle in the cone to prevent the flapper from closing too quickly when the toilet is flushed.
