Unlike others we stock what we sell in our Knoxville, Tennessee warehouse.

In stock orders received by 4:00 pm eastern on a non holiday, business day ship out the same day. That's not just printing the label, that's in the carriers hands.

We show the quantity in stock on the product page.

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states.

We also offer UPS & USPS shipping options but please note that only UPS next day and UPS 2nd day air services are guaranteed by the carrier.

We use barcode scanners at our shipping stations to verify that you get the part you ordered.

You will receive an email with tracking information the moment your order is packed and the label printed. It may take the carrier a few hours to get that data loaded into their system and give you the estimated delivery day.

We know that broken plumbing is something that needs to be fixed quickly and we do everything possible to make sure you get your parts as quickly as possible.
