Fluidmaster 7516 Horned Wax Ring. This ring will create a water, odor, and gas tight seal on the bottom side of the bowl. The model 7516 fits 3, and 4 inch waste lines. On the side of the packaging there will also be an installation guide. Before replacing a wax ring seal it is extremely important to clean the surface of the flange, and make sure all of the wax, and residue from the previous wax ring has been removed. Once the surface is cleaned you will need to press the new wax ring into the bowl outlet, and make sure that the flange faces away from the bowl outlet. After that you will just need to set the toilet bowl onto the flange, and use your body weight to compress the wax ring. The final step would be to secure the toilet bowl to the floor, and place the bolt caps. Be extremely careful not to overtighten the bolts, because that can lead to a damaged toilet bowl, or flange.
