Genuine American Standard trip lever 738611-0020A in chrome finish. Comes with the nut to hold it onto the tank. This trip lever has a brass arm that extends into the toilet tank. There are two holes in the back of the arm to connect the flapper to the lever. The 738611-0020A is made for the American Standard tank model 4260.
