Genuine American Standard 7381740-200.0020A trip lever in chrome finish. This lever does come with the nut to hold it onto the tank. This handle is metal with a brass arm that extends into the tank. There is a hole at the end of the brass arm to connect the hook from the flapper to the lever. This trip lever is made for the American Standard tank model 4385A.
