If your 490V series Arrowhead Faucet is leaking around the packing gland it is most likely the nylon washer on the packing gland. The washer could have a crack or some sort of issue allowing small amounts of water to leak through. All you should have to replace is the washer on that packing nut, which is included in the PK1000 Stem seal kit. However, we also offer the complete stems if you would rather replace the entire assembly.
If you are wanting to replace the entire stem you will need to know the overall length of the stem from end to end.
