   If the faucet is leaking from the spout when shut off it is usually due to the rubber seat washer located at the end of the stem. This part can be found in the Arrowhead Brass PK1000 stem seal kit. This kit will come with the rubber seat washer, handle screw, nylon bonnet washer, and the nylon hose bib washer. This kit should fix the leak from the spout.
