If the water is leaking from around the packing gland it is most likely due to the nylon washer located in the packing gland. To fix the issue you will have to replace the nylon washer that can be found in the Arrowhead Brass PK1000 stem seal kit. The kit will also include the handle screw, seat washer, seat washer screw, and the nylon bonnet washer.
