Mansfield 630-7066 Service Kit For the 03, 09, and the QX16 Ballcocks. This service kit comes with two pivot thumb screws, and the plunger and seat ring. Also the plastic seat comes in this kit. The pivot screws are made out of brass. Therefore they are stronger and more reliable than plastic screws. The plunger and seat ring are rubber to create a seal. This prevents leaks inside of the Ballcock. Rubber is used to create seals or gaskets, because it is very flexible and easy to use.
