Arrowhead Brass ABP PK1360 Vacuum Breaker. ASSE 1011 ABP 58BFP. This vacuum breaker replaces the old one on the Apache faucet. Also on the pack it is suggested to use a pipe wrench to tighten. It also says to apply pipe dope. Therefore it can seal properly. 

The Arrowhead Brass PK1360 (58BFP) lead-free vacuum breaker. The PK1360 helps protect your household water supply from back-siphonage. The holes on the end of the breaker are what prevents back siphoning. When the pressure builds up it will blow the water out of the holes. Instead of back into the faucet.
