Plumbers Emporium A66E368CNP Handle. This handle comes with both the handle and the base. Therefore it is complete. The handle has two small set screws in it. The top of the base is threaded. This handle fits some Pegasus faucets. Also this handle comes in a brushed nickel finish. Both the base and the handle itself are a smooth, brushed nickel. 

The base of this handle is metal. And comes in a brushed nickel finish. Also the base of the handle has a ring like pattern, Therefore it gives it a better look. The top of the base is threaded. That is so the handle can screw into the top of it. This handle fit the Pegasus bath faucet. 

The Plumbers Emporium A66E368CNP Handle itself. comes with two set screws in the bottom. Therefore it can connect to the base. It also has the threads on the inside of the handle. Which also connects the handle and base. The two set screws are already in the handle.
