If your Arrowhead Brass 600 series stem is leaking from the center of the stem it is most likely the packing gland causing the leak. The packing has been worn down enough to allow small amounts of water to come out around the stem. The packing gland comes with the stems for this faucet. You can get the correct replacement stem for your faucet by knowing the overall length of it.
