Arrowhead Brass 480 Series Leaking Around The Packing Gland Troubleshooting
If your faucet is leaking from around the packing gland that means the water is getting by, and you most likely just need the seal kit PK1000. The PK1000 kit contains the seat washer, seat washer screw, nylon bonnet washer, and handle screw. This kit should prevent the water from coming out from around the outside of the packing gland.
If your faucet is leaking from the outside of the packing gland, and from out the center of the stem you would need to replace the complete stem assembly.
