If the faucet is leaking form the holes where the faucet connects it is most likely due to the hose vacuum breaker. Arrowhead Brass offers the PK1370. Which has the 3/4 inch fine thread to hose thread connection. The Apache series is no longer made, so this is the replacement for the original vacuum breaker.
